Keep An Eye On Sco Money
Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to a single mother, Roland Gerard Lewis AKA “Sco Money.”
He had to learn survival tactics at a young age.
His upbringing was influenced by not only his mother but a brother who is a pastor.
By the age of twelve, he was often on the streets of his childhood home in Lafayette, Louisiana you would be able to find him on Magnolia and 7th street.
He continued his street grind, selling drugs and gambling to survive.
Rosco’s lyrics were the tablet for his thoughts.
Music became his rehab.
In an attempt to avoid trouble, he moved to Shreveport, Louisiana.
Sco enrolled at the Southern University of Shreveport with a focus on Musical Arts.
Shortly after, the influence of the wrong crowd steered Rosco right back into the direction that he was trying to avoid.
He left college and ended up in prison for the very same drug activity that his younger years seen.
However this time things were more serious.
Making jail time inevitable.
After serving the time for these charges, Rosco decided that things had to change.
After this, he discovered his musical talent.
