Jus D – Round The Globe (Prod. By Swif) [AUDIO]

Jus D is a seasoned artist hailing from Kansas City, Kansas. His passion for music was recognized at a young age by his mother who recalls him singing classic records around the house.

Jus D currently has 3 projects available online.

His first project, Money Music & Mayhem released in 2012 after Jus D served a 5-year prison sentence. His second project, The Come Up released a few months later in the midst of his older brother and former manager being sentenced to 18 years in prison. His third project, Everything’s Changed was inspired by Jus D’s newly adjusted life outside of prison and new surroundings following the death of his little sister, his mother’s battle with cancer, and his younger brother’s 50-year prison sentence.

Jus D is planning to release a new EP June 28th titled, N.W.O (New World Order) which is inspired by the numerous political and social changes occurring in the world.

His current single “Round The Globe” is produced by Swif and has appeared on several DJ mixtapes earning over 30k views and counting.

“People should listen to me because I put my life into every song, I try to let my spirit take the direction when I tend to create. I’m totally non-fiction. I try to project my art to the average person in America. I make music that you can feel, it’s about feeling with me. I want you to understand it’s real. I feel my music will be able to relate to everyone.”

Jus D’s authenticity and passion for music are what sets him apart from the average artist and his life is a story waiting to be shared with the world.

Co-Owner at Femcee
I am a Music Manager, Digital Content Blogger, Publicist, Radio Personality, and believer of God. I took a leap of faith in 2013 and moved to Atlanta after graduating from Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio) with a degree in Public Relations & Business Management. I connected with the Coalition DJs of Atlanta my first week of being in ATL and eventually began interning with the brand. My daily responsibilities included going from a minimum of 4 main clubs each night ensuring that priority records were being played while helping build and maintain consumer relations. During this time, I also worked as an assistant for several producers such as Dun Deal, Sonny Digital and other musicians. Working in such untraditional work environments taught me self-discipline and time management. While building my name and brand, I taught myself how to shoot and edit videos, and build websites. Now I partner with several major blog sites to offer exclusive content written and conducted by myself. I have a Youtube interview series called The Progress Report where I speak to artists, producers, and tastemakers about music, life, and entrepreneurship. I also have a weekly live interview podcast at Highly Unique Radio also called The Progress Report with an all female cast aimed towards giving exposure to entrepreneurs and independent artists. The latest person we interviewed was Orlando Brown, needless to say it was a very entertaining show. I am also the co-owner of Femcee.net which is the all-purpose platform dedicated to servicing and empowering womanhood through digital networking. (www.Femcee.net) I pride myself on loyalty and my work ethic and ongoing commitment to bettering everyone around me from clients to peers while I learn from them. I eventually wish to start a non-profit organization to empower young women teaching them how to be their own bosses. Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat & Facebook @LalaaShep
